Do I start to kill people?
Since one of my targets, is the work to establishing some kind of connection between the world and the refugees, plus to change the image of the refugees/asylum seekers.
I have tried to give you a picture about the situation of all Asylum seekers and refugees in Lebanon as one part of a big problem around the world And to speak that, the refugee isn't a fugitive look for a place to sleep and to eat only, the refugee is a Human have a case, and because it he is in this situation.
Also in April, I'll be leaving Lebanon, and I will be needing constant contact with some refugees/asylum seekers here in Lebanon, to keep me informed on conditions whether it has worsened or improved at the UNHCR office, according to advice from a friend on the net.
I decided to put a paper with information about this web site next to the announcement board that is located on the wall of the UNHCR, where it would be possible for refugees/asylum seekers to read the
paper there, while they are attend in the UNHCR office..

So this is what happened; After I had prepared my message for the board inside the UNHCR. I stuck it on the wall early in the morning. I returned the next day to see if it was still there, but it was gone.
So after two days, naturally I brought a new one for posting in the place of the old one, and this time I stayed to see what would happen. I found that Hasen (a Lebanese police officer that guard for the UNHCR building) was the one that had taken them down. Now I felt the need to talk with him about this.
So I asked hi: "Hasen, can you tell why you took this paper down?"; his answers was; "you don't have the right to put this paper on the wall"! This was my reply; "This is a matter between the UNHCR and me, and that you don't have the right to remove the message off the wall". "And you don't have the right to clean the wall for them". " Your responsibilities are to keep the building safe and secure as a representative of the Lebanese Government, And that you need to take responsibility about taking a report about this to the UNHCR about this, or I'll do what's necessary, according to the fact that I'm an asylum seeker, and this office exists to help me, and to help the people that are asylum seekers and refugees".
So Hasen and I argued about this point. But in my mind, was Hasen going to take pride in being an officer of the Lebanon Government? Or let the UNHCR lower him to a simple janitor? Mean while, a woman appeared from inside the office, and she asked about the problem.
So I insisted that he show the paper to her, and that I
can post it again. But he said that he put it in the trash and that it was gone.
So this woman (Jorjet) asked me to come inside. and she referred me to another
employee (Rejaee) to look for my problem.
So we spoke about my target about putting my paper on the wall. I explained one of my ideas, and one of them was, and one clearly I stated to him; "You are not honest, because you don't tell the asylum seekers and refugees that the office isn't capable of offering protection, and the papers of the appointments do nothing with the authorities of Lebanon, and I'm one example of what the UNHCR and the government of Lebanon did to me. His answer was; "The law doesn't protect the foolish". "And these were my thoughts about that meeting"!!!
So I'm foolish because I didn't want to kill people like Saddam did, I'm foolish because I don't want to, I'm foolish if I would rather protect people that oppose Saddam and not want to work in the way Saddam works, If I'm against Saddam and don't want to kill, I'm foolish, and if this is how people at the UNHCR in Lebanon think then Ok that's what I am, if I'm a life loving person that believes all should live in happiness".
So I am foolish because I am against Saddam the dictator the killer the tyrant, because I don't love to kill Humans, I lost my life because I'm foolish this is the opinion of the UNHCR, I need to ask Kofi Annan about this or do I start to kill people? maybe I'll regain my life, are these the human rights? Do I tell my friends who are like me "go back to your home or you will become killer or you will get killed this is our chance in the life" according to the logic of UN.
So he refused to give me permission to put my announcement on the wall, because he didn't want me to help the people that are refugees and asylum seekers, so they will stay in dark.
