Can they put me in freezer?

To whom maybe concern:
I am a registered refugee with UNHCR (Beirut office) I have some questions, I've been looking for the answers for six years, until now I don't have any answers I tried every things (books, internet, asking people) but without any result.
notice: these aren't my questions alone, but questions of thousand of refugees/asylum-seekers here in Lebanon and millions around the world.

The questions/
* What for does the UNHCR exist?
* What is the future of refugees?
* What does mean to have a refugee statue?

Dose this mean they will give me some kind of protection to protect me from deportation, or I can find work to support myself and family and I can find medication when I get sick. For the moment I am not capable because I don't have work.

Does this mean they'll give some kind of help (I don't know exactly what) for example can they put me in a freezer and freeze my body until Saddam will stop killing and disappear so they'll bring me back to the life again and return me back to my country.
I hope they can.
Just hope.
