3* Not only the protection the refugees lost in Lebanon but also everything mentioned in UN51 convention, like housing (shelter), health care or any financial support. There is one organization which belongs to the Middle East council for churches which is working to provide some help for some refugees in urgent needs as charity [not according to the UN51 convention], but nothing from the UNHCR or the donors money that the UNHCR collecting from donors on the refugees behalf!

4* I have spoken lots about that case with my campaigns before they stopped giving the card without telling the truth to the refugees about it, and the fact that it hasn't any value outside the office of UNHCR because the government of Lebanon doesn't recognize the refugees. I considered this a dishonest act from the UNHCR that hurt many refugees and one of them was me. More details about that in my other books, MY CAMPAIGNS and THE TRUTH WARRIOR.

Here you can read one of my campaigns. I posted this article before nearly 3 years. It’s been the reason for stopping giving what they called the ‘refugees card’ and for all the changes that made on that document. I hope I’ll have more victories with my new campaigns, special the latest campaign ‘Human-buttons’.

My friends,

This message is about the newest procedures in UNHCR-Beirut office.

Before nearly one month they started to give the refugees in Lebanon a document (4A size paper) with photo for the refugee, to inform him that he has the recognize as a refugee and they will help in find some solution for his problems.

 

At the end of the paper they added this:

* We expect that the refugee will respect the laws in Lebanon. *

 

Now I love to tell you a little about the law and what it is mean to respect the law here:

 

1)      Nearly all the refugees are illegal residents in Lebanon, and according to the law any one doesn’t has legal residence document will be depart out of Lebanon if the police arrest him, and to respect the law the refugee must thank the Lebanon government and UNHCR because they respect the law and he is very sorry for he didn’t take their advice in his consideration so he will accept the deportation willingly and will be ready for death in his country!!!

 

2)      If any refugee has the luck for don’t being arrested until now so he must leave Lebanon by himself as fast as possible if he has the money to do this because there isn’t any one ready to help, this is according for the law in Lebanon, in simple language, this mean small message from UNHCR: For the refugees, please leave Lebanon by yourself because we can’t help you and you will have all the responsibly if you stay here according to the law.

 

3)      So if the refugee have the chance to avoid arresting and he doesn’t have the money to leave by himself, so he will sty living in Lebanon and he must respect the law and the regulation of the work in Lebanon, and according to this law any foreigners must have the permeation of authority to work in Lebanon, so he must respect the law and stop working if he have work or stop looking for work and he must accept this situation without speaking in word or asking any question because asking is against the law also, even if this will lead him to his grave because no one is ready to help the refugees in Lebanon but he has the precious and worthy advice from UNHCR!!!

 

My friends,

This is not every things about this paper but please notice that the UNHCR give this paper as refugees card and it has the recognition of the authority in Lebanon as legal residence document, when that is not true but they don’t speak that for refugees or they put some words on that paper to this truth for refugees, for example:

This document is only result for your application to have the refugee statue and it does nothing outside the office.

Like this the refugees know that he must avoid the dangerous places where there maybe he will arrest by the police, and this is happening every day!!!

 

So my friends and any one care about refugees, you are invite to ask the UNHCR about this issue to find the truth just to find the best ways to save life of thousand of refugees in Lebanon and to prevent the UNHCR from joking with our life like this.
