"What is the difference between the Humans and the Animals?" History Q1: Martian;
"What is the difference between the Humans and the Animals?"
Simply
put humans are animals but with history, No other animal on earth has
history. So what is history? History; is the
understanding and registration of events throughout a specific period of
time. To understand history we need to record the events in a logical
progression. One event doesn't make history. So we must have series of
events, I mean one event leads to another depending on logical order like,
cause and effect. History was the first
thing that distinguished humans from animals, and it was combined with
fear. Like I explained before; humans have a logical fear dependant on
logical understanding and animals have fears dependent on instinct. The recorded history of humanity started with drawn pictures on the walls of the caves where humans lived thousands of years ago, that was the first registered history of human beings on planet earth. I don’t mean time
when I mentioned history. History is the registration of events but time
is the measurement of a specific period between 2 events, for example; the
year on earth is measurement of the interval in changing earth position in
the universe and that measurement is rational. That mean time is different
in different places, the year on Mars not the same year on Earth. Time
have same effect on all creatures on Earth (animals and plants) animals
feel the change in time on earth like the difference between the day and
the night or the season of the year and that didn’t make the animals
into intellectual creatures like humans, because animals don’t have
logical understanding of fear and history! History is the sequence of events that are composed in some logical order, for example; some one took poison and died after so many days, that is someone's history, our understanding of that example depends on many questions like; With new technology, there are many attempts to make artificial intelligence with PCs and robots, but until now these attempts haven't been successful in simulating human intelligence! That has raised
questions about the failure and that will push us forward to think deeply
about the matter. I think that to simulate human intelligence with PCs we
need to provide PCs with feelings, and history. Feelings of fear are what
we need! It's true that PCs have time built into its processors and it's
necessary for the PC to work, but it is just a device for measuring the
time of data processing that's all.
